Submission guidelines
Listing on FREE AI VAULT is free. A person reviews every submission, and we aim to reply within 3 to 5 business days.
What we list
- AI tools that are free to use, or that have a free plan you can actually use.
- Real products with a public website that are live today, not "coming soon" or waitlist-only.
- One listing per tool. If you have several tools, submit each one separately.
Free or Freemium
- Free: the main features work without paying. A daily limit is fine.
- Freemium: there is a free plan, with limits such as credits, a watermark, or fewer features.
- A free trial that ends in a paywall doesn't count as a free plan.
- Tell us what the free plan includes. We check it before we publish.
What to send us
- Tool name and website address.
- A short description: one or two clear sentences, 150 characters at most. Say what the tool does and who it helps, and skip words like "best" or "revolutionary".
- Category and pricing type. Pick the closest category and tell us what the free plan includes.
- Your email. We use it only to reply to you. It is never shown on the site.
What we won't list
- Tools with no usable free plan.
- Adult, hateful, harmful, or deceptive tools, including scams, malware, and impersonation.
- Copies of other products, or tools with misleading claims.
- Pages that only collect email addresses or send visitors somewhere else.
- Tools that are already listed.
How review and rating work
- We check the link, the pricing, and the description. We may edit the description or category so listings stay consistent.
- You'll get an email when your tool is live, or a short reason if we can't list it. You can fix the issue and submit again.
- Our rating comes from our own testing. Submitting a tool doesn't earn a score, and a score can't be bought. Tools we haven't tested show "Not reviewed by us yet".
Updates and removal
- Plans change. Tell us if your free plan changes, and we'll update the listing. We also recheck listings regularly.
- You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time.
- Tool names belong to their owners.
